JRG can support you through the process of a retrospective structural survey (of condition assessment) tailored to your needs, the age of the building and the requirements.

Under the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, buildings over 5 years old will need such a survey to support the Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) application. These have proven to be expensive, and with long lead times, we can change that.

We can provide this service cost-effectively using fully chartered, proven Structural Engineers with BAC success under their belts.
