As a small team, we've operated buildings, served as Managers and Directors, and been landlords. We know what it takes to manage buildings, especially residential ones.  We are also more than just experts in fire safety, knowing compliance and legislation in equal measure, providing functional, achievable guidance & support.

The small team are senior & certified, highly qualified, and has an industry reputation, founded on quality, not advertising or constant trade-show presence. We don't do stand-up. 

Whilst the business is young, we've been around a fair bit, with the team amassing many years of experience.

From the very tallest to some of the oldest, from shop to Mall, from small office to specialist residential care, from complex industry sites to simply helping out with Building Regulations. 

 We pride ourselves on safety, but helping you get you there is JUST as important.
