Fire risk ASSESSMENTS

Type 1 to 3 Fire Risk Assessments

Top view of the Shard skyscraper in London at sunset.

From type 1 to type 3 in a range of different buildings, including HRB, retail, commercial and office, and sleeping risk, using appropriately qualified, registered Assessors.

And yes, we did The Shard.

Historic & Listed Buildings

Elegant historic white building with arched windows.

As well as supporting other buildings, the Consultancy has a specialist skill in assessing risks to historic houses, from stately homes to museums.

Proportionally, it is important that the Consultancy also recognises (and can help with) collection management & salvage plans.

Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment

Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment

Ductwork insulated and installed along a pink and white wall.

The deep dive into a building, taking into consideration and assessing risk across both the active and passive fire precautions and protection systems, including a full passive survey.

Type 4s are complex and need detailed planning. Contact us for more information.
